The Power of Knowledge

Our client, a technology retailer, has an extensive product range and need their employees to understand and remain confident when talking about product to customers. Normal training and engagement had become predictable and there was a need for a new revitalised approach to encourage learning and understanding in difficult market conditions.

Our Solution

Breeze developed an interactive national product knowledge competition involving all staff. The first stages used web based elements, the next phases were live face to face contests between store teams climaxing in a Grand Final which we staged at their national conference. Everyone wanted to be top team as they fought for the ultimate mantle in front of 800 Managers, hosted by Sue Barker.
