Our client was in the process of redesigning their Induction Programme, but struggling to embed some of the key messages around their heritage and products. They wanted the Induction Day to be interactive, memorable and fun so that it truly set the tone for when new joiners arrived back at their location.
Breeze created a board game which was a combination of knowledge re-enforcement and fun interactivity. We designed a giant playing board related to their heritage, with oversized playing pieces and large foam dice so all of the attendees would have to stand up to play. Plus we developed a number of interactive rounds that built team work and drew out the essence and personality of the brand. This had a positive effect on developing knowledge around heritage, brand and built the foundation for a fun and exciting career.
