Making sure the information they receive from the Company is consistent is obviously vital, but finding a way to engage a team that has a short attention span and normally focus on ‘headlines’ rather than content was our objective.

We devised, created and built an extranet that includes a social networking element. This means the Company can communicate its key messages using a vehicle that staff visit regularly and do not see as a corporate website.
