Our client was keen to give the teams throughout the business a common goal and sense of direction as well as unifying behind the new strategy.
Initially we researched the employee community and identified a number of key areas that needed to be addressed. In partnership with the Board we developed a Vision and then went to work on the Values involving contributors at all levels from across the business to ensure total buy in. The next stage was to launch and communicate these using a range of creative and interactive materials along with face to face working sessions all of which encouraged involvement and interaction between all parties. This included offices in Hungary, Malaysia and Greece as well as the main hub in the UK. Under the banner of ‘Working One Way Together’ the business grew rapidly as improved communications and cooperation led to increased business and profitability.
